We own two timeshares either two different companies and have travelled a lot. We came here with 7 other friends who do own a timeshare here. We were totally blown away by how nice this resort is and the staff is extremely professional and attentive. The design of these villas is just special! So rare and unique and more traditional MX. We have truly never been to any place like it and definitely want to return. It’s FAMILY here and that’s not just an overused, inauthentic description….it truly is. The culture here is AMAZING! Kudos to the leaders running this place. I have been a leadership development professional most my life and I picked up on it immediately. Words cannot express what a great trip we have had this week! Thank you to every single person here including cleaning staff and especially the chef and kitchen staff too! We have LOVED every minute!!

Vacation in Paradise!

Our first time staying at this wonderful Timeshare Resort! Lovely location on Modena beach with 116 Villas! Mainly owners,family and friends stay here. They do offer occasional rentals and the public can dine at their beachfront restaurant “Cascadas Beach Grill”with a reservation. This resort was built and designed & built by Mr&Mrs Ed Giddings originally from Seattle Wa in the 80’s.Unique circular buildings,natural elements ie,rock,trees,stone,thatch roofs and true mexican decor. Modeled as a small Mexican Village style with a tropical paradise walking the grounds.You won’t find phones or TVs in your room, but club house has big TVs,pool table,puzzles,games,meeting areas and bar. Beautiful landscaping with 2 pools & Jacuzzis and many units offer private pools & Jacuzzis. The restuarant is oceanfront with fabulous view of Arch and has table dining on the beach with nightly music! Front lobby cafe has yummy breakfast sandwiches,coffees and smoothies with a gift/convience store. Tennis,Pickleball,Water aerobics and cooking classes were fun. Beach palapas had the best thick cushions and good height for being very comfortable.Our servers were fantastic. Beach area Felix,Erik,Heber,Juan,Jamie & Carlos were always greeting us w a smile and a cocktail.The shark pool we could count on Luis our server.Breakfast was Heber,Rafad,Enrique and Karen with our coffee or mimosas! The Italian Lasagna was amazing along with Filets,sea bass,and shrimp dishes.Again servers Heber,Rafael,Fabricio and Carlos made our evenings enjoyable while we savored our meals and watched the sunsets.Daily maid service with attention to details was excellent. We appreciate the staff and service and express our gratitude to each of you. We will be back in May 2025. Thank you Gabriela for helping with our villa reservations again. Club Cascades is absolutely dreamy

OMG! One of the best resorts I’ve ever been to. These are villas not your typical hotel. With a full kitchen some even have Jacuzzis or a pool or both. The resort also has two pools andJacuzzis. An amazing restaurant and sushi bar. Daily happy hour with the best mango margaritas I’ve ever had. I love the palapas on the beach. Even though they might be hard to reserve a good spot, you just have to get up early early in the morning. And the restaurant is amazing! My favorite day to eat there is Friday night for the Mexican buffet. I can’t recommend it enough. I even had this for my 2000 wedding to my husband. My number one request was to have it on the Friday night so we could all enjoy the Friday night, buffet and music along with the performers. This resort means so much to myself and my family. And the friends I have thought of all fallen in love with this place.

Understand what Cascadas is, and what it is not...

This is such a wonderful place, but is not your typical vacation. It is a resort that does not feel like a hotel or operate like one. It is now owned by its members and are purchased by the week per unit. Given that, those weeks operate Thursday to Thursday. So when you read negative reviews, keep that in mind that someone may be thinking they are staying in a typical hotel. The construction has been a significant problem over the past few years. Our units unfortunately were very close to many of the projects, and have another starting in January 2025. It's frustrating to deal with, and I agree that sometimes they push our patience. The flip side is, the construction team does an amazing job and the property always looks fantastic. Being at the end of Medano Beach allows easy access by beach or by road to downtown CSL. But, Cascadas rolls up around 9 pm to give a very relaxed evening to all staying there. The mornings also roll out slow and quiet. It's a great place if you want to get away and have great food on the beach. If you want the party vibe or want to be in a pampered resort style place, CCDB may not be your thing. If you enjoy and can relax, it does not get any better.

One of my favourite restaurants. Dinner on the beach! Great staff, great view of the arch, great food at a reasonable price! Doesn’t get much better! And my favourite soup! Pumpkin! Try it. You ‘ll not regret it! Good to get there while it’s still light to enjoy the views!

Friendly, fun location

Friendly, clean safe and ready for vacation is what club Cabo brings to visitors. I have vacation three years in the month of November December at this location and it’s wonderful. From the outstanding restaurant to swimming pools, hot tubs, tennis and Pickleball your vacation will be filled with fun activities. Conveniently located on the sea of Cortez close to downtown on the harbor near the marina, you can travel either by foot or by cab to get to where you need to be in the beautiful town of Cabo
