6.0Staff were lovely and check-in/check-out was smooth. My partner first noticed an effluent near the elevators then we noticed it in our bathroom after afew hours.. the room was relatively clean, the bsthroom smell and the mini-fridge & aircon really let it down for us, There was a strong effluent smell from our rooms bathroom... thankfully the rangehood kept the smell in the bathroom at least, i covered drian pipe and helped abit.. The air conditioner didn’t work, and the mini-fridge barely kept food cool, often leaking water — which made storing any food safely nearly impossible. Breakfast was inconsistent. Most days were 5/10 ,the cold cuts & cheese looked old, but Sunday was chaos: food stations empty, around food counters messy, hot food left uncovered and lukewarm. The coffee machine also broke down several times, and even after reporting it, I was told I’d need to pay extra for barista coffee while waiting as inwanted a coffee before leaving. Overall, while staff were friendly and room comfy, the plumbing smell, broken air con, poor fridge, and chaotic breakfast really brought the experience down for us, at just under $300 P.n not good enough. 5/10 not worth the price for us.
