Ein wunderbares Hotel mit viel Wärme, grosser Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit
10.0Alle Leute vom Personal waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend, hilfsbereit und aufgestellt. Kurz gesagt: sie lebten die echte Gastfreundschaft. Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Das Frühstück ist sehr individuell gestaltet: gewisse Speisen holt man am Buffet, gewisse Speisen werden an den Tisch serviert, u.a. auf Etageren. Eierspeisen werden individuell erfragt und wunderbar zugerichtet. Man fühlt sich sehr als Gast und willkommen.

10.0Loved our stay at this hotel. The service at breakfast and front desk was exceptional. They made our stay memorable at Bruges. The decor and location is great too. The rooms are comfortable and very cute. Will definitely comme back again with my husband. Thank you for our great stay at The Pand!

İt was a quiet good hotel and the location could never be better.
7.0The waiter ( i am sorry that i dont remember his name) was so kind and thoughtfull. İ had one of the best breakfast of my life, frond desk people also was great and house keeping guy was so helpfull, provided us everything we need.
− we stayed in room 206 was one of the biggest rooms in the hotel the pull up couch was too uncomfortable, it definitely needs to changed.
