Amazing staff, villas need upgrading

Great staff and beautiful location

− No hot water in the morning (were told this happens to some of the houses when it’s cold) House was so smelly of Indian? food. Staff were awesome and sent in an air cleaner but that still didn’t fix the problem Fridge was super smelly. In short, The Oaks villas are getting old and daggy. We’ve stayed at the privately owned, newer villas at Crackenback before and they are lovely.

The location, the view were amazing! The staff were so lovely and helpful. Simple suggestions helped us out so much with making our holiday so special. Would stay here again!

Great location just pity about the accommodation.

Location was lovely. Golf and archery were great for the kids. Wildlife was really special.

− The apartment was old. The breakfast was standard and we had to wait a lot for food to come out. The restaurant for dinner was overpriced and really average. The price for the stay was exorbitant for what we got.
