− The jacuzzi was dirty and when I got in from my show I had to ask for bed sheets because my bedding was not dry.

− I felt like the lady Mary (who was at the front desk) was a bit ignorant to my husband and kids. I get my kids were running but she didn’t have to speak to them the way she did. She also seemed like she didn’t like people of color because she was extremely short with my husband and his brother, but when I went up to ask her something her attitude was completely different towards me.

− the pool was freezing cold. Im not sure if there was a communication issue, but the pool was ice cold. It was a hot day, and should felt warmer. The worker said they try to keep it cooler in summer time, but i ask about a heater and he said no heater. so not sure how they manage to keep it cooler? ice? but very unpleasent in cold water.
