6.0Linen had weird stains, the floor didn’t look vacuumed well and an unidentifiable spot on the shower curtain. The knob to pull to turn the shower on was very hard to pull up and leaked out of the faucet. Only one elevator was working. No vending machine on the floors. Front desk staff pleasant. Nice location to many restaurants.

4.0My stay was very difficult. The first night of a 3 night stay there was a power outage. I had just gotten off the elevator when the power went out. A very close call. Outage lasted 2 hours and 40 minutes. Second night the cable tv went out. Third night, again the cable TV went out and I also had a visitor. A very small mouse. Although the staff was excellent, I can't recommend this place.
