4.0We were assigned the second floor with no elevator and no ramp. We are old and could not carry our bags up. We asked for a first floor and she told us another $269 for the change. What a rip off. So we had to just take our clothes and bathroom stuff up separately to the room.

6.0I was disappointed in the bathroom cleanliness. The toilet had blood on it and other dirty spots I had clean before I could use it. Lots of spiders too. I killed 3 in the bathroom and one on my nightstand. The pillows were very uncomfortable. The arm chair in the room was as hard as a brick. Very disappointed in that. The hot and cold water to the sink were backwards. The shower head was off center in the bathroom. The room smelled bad. The outside grounds of the property are very beautiful. Getting to the location from the roundabout in heavy traffic was difficult for me. I did not know the area so it took 3 try’s but I finally made it. The are you turn into to get to the hotel has large potholes the need repaired. There was no safe in the room either. I suppose it’s because they don’t come to your room unless you request it. Also I was very disappointed that the hot tub was empty and not available. That’s one reason I chose this hotel. The pool was too cold to use. They are both inside so it was sad it was so cold. I will not stay here again. I do not recommend the hotel.
