8.0Everything was nice. Everyone was very helpful. They even called you when you got in the room and made sure everything was up to your satisfaction.

10.0Our stay was amazing — honestly one of the best we’ve had in Canada! The fireplace made it super cozy inside our room, and the hot tub was such a nice bonus. Being just 5 minutes from downtown was perfect — close enough to everything.

6.0The room is very tired inside, needing lots of work. Broken lamps, bathroom amenities so limited. Definitely very skimpy on what they provide. The hot tub was very far from rooms. Not the best set up. Firepit could have been set up in an another area not in the little area for hot tub. There was not any coffee available for guests staying there. Everything had a price on it. For the cost of what this lodge charges we have stayed in rooms with the view but with more provisions. The dinner menu was very limited for anyone who is lactose intolerant as well.

10.0The mountain view, the fireplace in the room, the near by hiking trails. Magical. The hot tub was a favourite!! Highly recommend upgrading to the premier room !! WORTH IT. Staff was incredible. The restaurant was classy but warm, but welcoming: the servers and staff were so kind and helpful !! 5 Stars! Must visit here in fall !!!!

10.0Amazing hotel, a little off the main town which we really enjoyed as the town gets so busy. Short & frequent bus takes you straight in which was free if you had brought other tickets (like the gondola or lakes) otherwise $2 a ride - amazing. Food at the prow was amazing. 5* stay nothing to fault with super friendlu staff.

10.0Fantastic stay. Amazing property just on the edge of town. We loved our cozy cabin. The food and the staff were excellent. I would definitely stay here again if I came back to Banff.
