2.0I booked this hotel for 4 days because I had work in Tyler. When I walked in the lobby to check in, it was 80 degrees and they had a couple fans going. I asked if the air worked in the rooms because it was 100+ out. They did. I felt terrible for the staff though. They stated it’s always like that. My first 2 days I would have to have my key card redone because it wouldn’t work. After working 12 hours and being in that heat going to the 4th floor then back down because I couldn’t get in my room was not pleasant. The pool was closed. They had no extra towels and didn’t even have a spoon. It’s an older hotel and has not been taken care of. The rooms are run down, toilet never quit running for the 4 days I was there. The topper was the cockroach in my room. NEVER AGAIN! I recommend you pay a little more and stay some place else because this place is gross.

6.0My stay was less than desirable. I've stayed here in the past and was pleased but this time not so much. It looked like the hotel has not been kept up. The furniture in the room had stains that have not been cleaned. The sink and tub did not have stoppers so if you dropped something it was gone. The staff was friendly so no issues there. I was very disappointed in the condition of the room but I just needed a place to sleep for the night.

2.0They are so rude and o professional flat out lied to me about the 100$ deposit room was filthy and bugs crawling around the room and tables took 30 minutes to find some bony to check in ! Never ever ever again

10.0This is an older property and could use some new paint, etc. Our room was clean and the A/C worked. We had difficulty getting into the room with the provided key card, and the gentleman on duty reprogrammed the key and personally came to our room to make sure we could get in. I wish I had gotten his name so I could express my appreciation for his going the extra mile! We slept well and would stay here again.
