10.0Un séjour tout simplement fabuleux au Novotel Lombok ✨🌴 Nous avons eu un véritable coup de cœur pour cet endroit. Nous avons séjourné dans une magnifique villa face à la plage, avec une vue exceptionnelle et un cadre absolument magique. Se réveiller avec la mer devant soi et profiter de cette atmosphère paisible a rendu notre séjour inoubliable. Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme. Le personnel est adorable, attentionné et toujours disponible pour rendre l’expérience encore plus agréable. La villa était confortable, agréable et parfaitement adaptée pour un séjour en famille. L’environnement du resort est magnifique, entre la nature, la plage et le calme de Lombok. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié le restaurant de l’hôtel : les plats étaient délicieux, bien préparés et vraiment savoureux. Nous nous sommes régalés à chaque repas. Après quelques difficultés rencontrées pendant notre voyage, le Novotel Lombok a été une véritable parenthèse de bonheur. Nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs et nous recommandons vivement cet établissement. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe pour votre accueil, votre sourire et votre gentillesse.
