10.0Amazing staff everywhere. Amazing breakfast. Room was lovely. Just the mattress was very springy and the pull out sofa bed had a metal frame that kids kept catching their legs on. Ended up putting mattress on the floor and they were fine. It was good that kids could use the pool but the area needs more modernising as it looks a little tired. Overall a great stay and the location was good.

10.0Excellent staff, made us feel extremely welcome from checking in. Checking in was smooth. Dining room options excellent. Thank you lovely Ellie. Delicious food- fish and chips and steak and ale pie. The room was great and again we really appreciated the effort that the housekeeping staff went to in preparing the room especially because we were there to celebrate a birthday. Booking reservations- Tanya is amazing in sorting everything out. Nice lounge, nice staff in the gym and Spa. A relaxing stay . Great choice for breakfast. We will definitely stay here again. Thank you to the lovely staff at the Oxford Belfry.

6.0The hotel itself was nice although there was a conference on so it was noisy at night. Mattress was comfortable but the pillows weren’t, really wish hotels would have different pillow types on the bed as not everyone likes a feather pillow.
