9.0We had a fantastic stay and thoroughly enjoyed our experience. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help, which made us feel well taken care of throughout our visit. The breakfast was delicious with a great selection of fresh and tasty options. We also loved spending time by the beautiful pool, it had a relaxing atmosphere that was perfect for unwinding. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, with plenty of room to relax after a day out.

7.0Environment is very very good with many of the greens, which makes it a nice place to stay over for rest well. Staffs are very nice and willing to help. Overall quite comfy.
− Some of the places like room walls, curtains/corners of the room/bathroom can be much more cleaner. Toilet is fine but need to double flush it only can flush off the papers.

This was my third stay at the hotel, and I have stayed in three different room types: the Rose Room, the Junior Suite, a
7.0A peaceful environment with beautiful scenery, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.
− Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing due to the cleanliness of the room. There was a strong musty smell upon entering. The bathroom floor was very slippery, and the bathroom had an unpleasant cockroach odor. I also found a dried dead cockroach on top of the cabinet near the mini fridge. In addition, the comforter was not clean and had what appeared to be dried blood stains. These issues significantly affected the comfort and overall experience of my stay. I hope the hotel will improve its housekeeping and cleanliness standards to provide a better experience for future guests.

− Problem z odpływem wody z prysznica, oraz z funkcjonowaniem kanalizacji w toalecie. Ilość ręczników mniejsza niż ilość gości.
