− Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto spiacevole. Una delle tre notti non siamo riusciti a dormire a causa di una festa privata sul balcone del palazzo accanto, proprio sotto la nostra finestra, protrattasi fino a tarda notte. Quando alle 2 abbiamo chiesto silenzio ai privati, siamo stati persino insultati. La gestione della situazione da parte della reception è stata pessima. Ho spiegato l’accaduto al ragazzo, lasciando nome e numero di camera e offrendomi di aspettare la polizia. Ha rifiutato, dicendo che avrebbe fatto da solo. Poco dopo ha chiamato la nostra camera, convinto che il rumore provenisse da lì, e il mio compagno ha dovuto spiegare nuovamente tutto. Dopo 20 minuti ci ha comunicato di aver chiamato la polizia, che però se n’era andata subito senza individuare la provenienza del rumore. La soluzione proposta? Dei tappi per le orecchie. E non siamo stati gli unici a lamentarci quella notte! Il nostro reclamo non è servito a nulla. Non abbiamo dormito tutta la notte e il giorno dopo siamo dovuti tornare prima per la stanchezza. Ci è stata fornita l’email del manager, assicurandoci che avrebbe provveduto al rimborso di una sola notte, come richiesto (non di tutte e tre). Alla fine, però, il rimborso è stato rifiutato. Ci è stata offerta la colazione, che abbiamo declinato perché non era ciò che avevamo richiesto. Vogliamo parlare anche di quando siamo arrivati alle 23 per il check in? Abbiamo suonato il campanello ed un altro ragazzo della reception è arrivato dopo ben 5 minuti che suonavo il campanello fuori dall'hotel. Un hotel decisamente non all’altezza delle aspettative, con pochissima attenzione al cliente e una gestione dei problemi decisamente inadeguata.

Nice location and good service
9.0Overall a good experience and we enjoyed the location. It's safe and convenient to stay here with Metro and bus several meters away. And there's a McDonald's Donald's within 300 meters and Donimos within 100 meters.
− The lift was a bit too small. But it's common in Barcelona.
