8.0over all the staff specially the cleaning staff was good. rooms were comfortable. Location was good.
− I booked the hotel after clicking the button "with breakfast" but after reaching there no breakfast was booked with any of our rooms. room service was very slow. Every thing comes on calling for the second time. Secondly, I have made the payment at the time of check-in and the hotel staff charged me earlier GST and not the current reduced rate. Then at the time of checkout I received a call that, as there is balance left in advance payment done by me due to error in their billing, we could have the buffet breakfast and they will adjust the amount. So instead of refunding the amount to me, they only adjusted it. It was their mistake, the billing was done two days back only.

6.0Bathroom needs to b clean Hallways carpet is very old and dirty Too small gym has only two treadmills Door staff always looking for tips because of that I was scared to get out of the hotel and I had to sneak out to avoid harassment for tips I doubt I go back to this hotel again
