− Chambre vraiment trop petite. Ménage approximatif. Chambre peu ventilé donc compliqué par temps chaud. Le ventilateur ne ventilait pas car trop poussiereux. La porte se referme toute seule donc attention à ne pas se faire pieger lorsque l'on va à la douche sur le palier.
Practical, well-priced accommodation.
6.0ideal situation if coming by train. Given that the hotel is unstaffed, the key box system for getting into the room is sensible. We stayed in room 1, which is spacious and has what you need. The fresh milk in the fridge was appreciated to go with the tea and coffee provided. The bathroom worked well. Fans provided for the hot weather. All this was good value considering it is about £100 per night in a room that fits three (although we were only two in the end).
− We stay here once a year, so know it quite well. It's good value and has some thoughtful touches, but could be better maintained. Peeling paint, fans where the heads nod and won't stay in place, beds acceptable but a bit rickety. That said, it is good value, so we will stay again. It's just that a few pounds spent could change it from good value to exceptional value.
