8.0− Havia vazamento de água do box do banheiro. Ao final do banho, tinha água no chão do banheiro. Foi comunicado na portaria. Muito poucas cobertas.

− El colchón se hunde. En las habitaciones el servicio de internet se corta todo el tiempo. En mí habitación no de podía abrir la canilla de agua caliente de la ducha. Me cambiaron a otra. En la nueva habitación no se podía cerrar una canilla y hubo que cortar la llave de paso. Alfombras de los pasillos medio rotas. En suma, falta mantenimiento
Decepção.
3.0Atendimento de parte da equipe, limpeza do chão. Equipamentos eletrônicos (fechadura, tv, frigobar) adequados.
− Limpeza do banheiro. O banheiro fedia a esgoto (fezes) mesmo sem uso algum e o teto era mofado. A janela do banheiro quebrada, não permitia abri-la. Cortina suja, cobria só metade da janela. Armário estranho, com cobertas que não sei se já foram lavadas.
A localização é boa, com boa relação custo x benefício.
7.0A localização é muito boa. O atendimento dos funcionários foi bom. O café da manhã, embora seja pouco variado, é bem saboroso.
− Os quartos pareciam maiores nas imagens divulgadas. Fiquei num quarto duplo, com duas camas de solteiro, que ficavam excessivamente próximas uma da outra. A descarga do banheiro quebrou durante nossa estadia, pois já estava em condições ruins.
