8.0The place is nice and clean but this is the first time of my life travel that I see a hotel that charge for room service, this is not acceptable

10.0Hotel is one of the nicest we’ve ever stayed in. Staff were ultra friendly, nothing was too much. Hotel is 30 minute to town, but getting the bikes from the hotel, made it really easy. Parking was great and safe at the back of the hotel. Nice pool and bathing area, as well as a well equipped gym.
The 5* hotel is underwhelming
6.0It was a perfectly nice hotel but requires work and changes to be what would be a 5*. I was sold on the photos of lounging round the pool which is why I spent the £300 a night to find if I wanted the loungers round the pool I’d have to pay €150 a day each. That is insane to me. The breakfast choices were vast but you’d be lucky to find a clean cleared table to sit at. The main problem is the branding for the hotel curates luxury but the hotel doesn’t serve it. The hotel also has loungers on the beach but to use them you could have to pay €20. The experience didn’t reach the transcendence promised. If you’re reading this you’d probably go there and have a pleasant enough stay, but don’t expect lux.
