Poor cleaning policies. Would have left if other arrangements had not already been made.
3.0− Not clean. Mold in Showers. Toilet not clean. Found out at 22:00 that the wash basin was clogged and when the faucet was turned on, putrid filth started pouring out of pipes onto the floor. Staff was apologetic however they could not resolve it or switch rooms until the following day. Could not sleep due to the stench. Windows not framed properly, road noise is loud in the rooms. Was offered refund, but it was not issued.

9.0Great location for late arrivals/early departures from Medford airport. Breakfast fairly standard self serve, but the waffles are great. Staff is very friendly! Comfortable and clean rooms. Reasonable price for the location
