− We traveled to this location specifically to celebrate our other son’s high school graduation gift. Additionally, because my youngest son is on the autism spectrum, and change to routine or situations cause issues. To avoid completely ruining my son's graduation celebration and deeply upsetting my youngest son, we intentionally chose not to escalate or make a big deal at the front desk when our initial requests were ignored. Instead, we quietly managed the crisis ourselves by purchasing mattress covers at Walmart and using our own beach sheets to get through the night. the shower head fell off whether someone prior tried to work it or change setting and never used that type of shower head before ..I can only speculate.. but point being my son started the shower went out to get clothes we heard a bang and it was on the floor the conditions of the room were entirely unacceptable, and I have fully documented them with timestamped video and photographic evidence: •: I developed a physical rash from the mattress of my bed, I quitley asked for. sesk to change bedding and explained the rash Denise said ok we will .. two days later the sheets changed only to be replaced with one with a blood stain at the top of the blanket. pictures as well also not that it's any one's business but due to my birth control method I do not have a period. and my boys well that's self explanatory and the location on the bed spread is clearly odd. confirming an active pest infestation in the Complete Lack of Remedy: Your staff showed zero urgency and completely failed to offer us an alternative room. While a room change would have been challenging for my son with autism, the professional courtesy of a solution should have been offered. The shower unit was dirty upon arrival, and the toilet flange broke during our stay. again went down and was offered a plunger ..

Room was clean, too many dogs in the hotel.

Our stay at this hotel was an excellent choice! From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed. The entire staff was friendly and professional, but we want to give a special thank you to Jaemii and Tamika. They are amazing, always smiling, attentive, and genuinely caring. Their kindness and positive attitude made our stay even more memorable. The hotel’s location is 10/10—perfect for enjoying everything the area has to offer. The property was also very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great experience. Thank you for making our vacation so special!
