3.0It was in a good location not to far from anything
− The front desk people did not look up or even talk to us when we were checking in. We had 3 rooms. One room had rat poo and pee and things smear all over the walls and gum stuck to places. Another one had a cigar packet and was just as nasty. The other didn’t even have a shower head. There was a whole wig in the towel cabinet at the pool. The whole place was just nasty.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in , I see why it’s so cheap not even worth that price tbh
1.0I didn’t like anything
− The trident hotel is probably the worst hotel I’ve ever been two the lobby smells like mildew for one , two the elevator stinks the ceiling in bathroom has black mold , the cart is sloppy and broken , then you have to go down to the lobby before 11am to ask for towels when they should automatically be switched out by the hotel staff or you will not get any towels , that’s just insane to me I would refer anyone to stay away from there tbh
