Horrible issues with the staff and room
1.0They gave me a room that already had a guest in the room. The guest came to the door very upset and so was I, that was dangerous. Then assign me a room and failed to activate the key cards. Lobby under construction, no breakfast as stated. Very rude about the room issues and told me it was no big deal, it was a big deal, that man could of came with a gun thinking I was breaking in. Never apologized just told me I should get over it. No staff was nice about their mistakes. I asked for queen beds and due to their mistakes I got small beds, a double that we barely had room. Worst place to ever stay at, they felt like they did no wrong and I will continue to contact corporate until their actions are addressed.

Very disappointing with poor customer service.
3.0Under construction. No breakfast even though it was a primary reason we selected this hotel.
− Almost everything. Towels were old and scratchy. Halls had bad orders and were a mess. Staff seemed unconcerned and provided ZERO compensation. This property was NOT as advertised. Discounts or refunds should have been provided. This was the only negative in an otherwise great weekend in the area.
Booking.com Is Terrible
4.0The room was clean and it Had a cute rainy window nook. Never saw that before.
− As soon as you walk in it's nothing but construction where they tore up the dining area. Because of this we are all lied too about the breakfast. The pictures online through booking.com show hot waffles and such.... when you book your offered a banana or a yogurt when you check out. I struck out TWice through booking. Com. I AM NOT HAPPY. I will never use booking. Com again!
