10.0Der Aufenthalt war von Anfang bis Ende großartig, hervor zu heben ist das außergewöhnlich freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal, toll dass es noch Hotels gibt, die trotz der Größe so persönlich arbeiten wie in einem Familienbetrieb.
Empfehlenswert!
9.0Wir waren rundum zufrieden, geräumiges Zimmer und großes Bad mit ebenerdiger Dusche und dazu noch eine Badewanne. Das ganze Hotel ist geräumig und ansprechend. Freundliches Personal und gutes Frühstück, auch für Veganer mal was dabei ;-)

快適な三日間をありがとう。
8.0部屋は広く快適に過ごせた。動物園の駅まで歩いて数分、ベルリンの主要観光エリアから離れているがベルリンの街のことが良く理解できた。ミッテ地区に泊まるよりもベルリンの生活が感じられてよかった。日本人スタッフが居て他のスタッフも日本人への対応が丁寧でいろいろと助けられた。朝食も種類が豊富で楽しみにひとつでした。玄関前にスーパーマーケットがあり大変便利でした。
− ロケーションかも知れませんが、街全体を観るにはよかったと思っていて今後の予約時の場所の選定の参考にしたい。
