− That they kept my 50$ deposit and tried to charge my card an extra 150$ for towels that they said I ruined because I cleaned up a spilled soda. As well as the dirty wash cloth used to clean my 10 month old babies mouth. Those 3 towels do not cost 150$ let alone 50$ extra.
Good place for our unexpected stay
9.0I liked that they were so accepting of my dog and they were able to accommodate us at the last minute when my other hotel reservation failed (I found this on BringFido app). Staff was very friendly and patient.
