Ihan ok, palvelu hyvä mutta ei mikään loistohotelli.
5.0Huone oli siisti, sänky hyvä ja pimennysverhot oli tarpeelliset. Asiakaspalvelija oli ystävällinen.
− Tein varauksen ennakkoon, ja kun saavuimme majapaikkaan se huone oli annettu toisaalle eikä vastaanottovirkailija tiennyt miten näin oli käynyt. Meitä oli kaksi aikuista ja kaksi lasta. Jouduimme eri kerroksiin pienempiin huoneisiin kun toiveena oli yksi perhehuone. Käytävän kokolattiamatto oli törkyinen mutta itse huone siisti. Aamupala oli aika laimea, odotukset olivat korkealla kirkkoniemen Thon hotellin vastaavasta aamupalasta, tämä ei ollut lähelläkään sitä. Lisäksi hotellin ulkonäkö yllätti, ei näytä hotellilta.
