Closed but still took a reservation
1.0− I can't believe that I was able to make a reservation, submit a credit card, and receive messages when the property has been chained shut for over a month! Ridiculous.

− Hotel is al sinds 8 juni dicht ivm brand en daarna op last van brandweer gesloten. Helemaal niets gehoord van Booking.com en dus moesten we op zoek naar een nieuw hotel. Super service!
