1.0The proximity to stores and restaurants. That's IT!
− Every night people were hanging outside drinking and smoking like it was an apartment complex. Loud music right outside my room window after 10 pm. I got woke up at 230 am with some random guy walking outside my window yelling "You think you're better than me". I don't even know if half the people on this property actually belong here. The outside of the hotel looks inviting while it's complete heaven and hell opposites when you step inside. Find another hotel!

5.0the room was big. It has a tv and microwave inside. the bed is comfort and linings were clean
− The floor had some stains. Noise isolation is very bad - I heard all noises outside.

5.0Booked a non smoking room and the room smelled of smoke. Requested a room change and the girl at the front desk was very accommodating and friendly, but the second room also smelled like smoke. Didn’t want to complain again, so lived with it for the night. No amenities like shampoo or blow dryer, coffee pot. No breakfast, only two empty pots of coffee for the morning.
− Less smokey rooms. More amenities. Breakfast offerings.

5.0− I didn’t like the people hanging out all night in the parking lot! Also you should take off the pool in amenities section because you have it cemented!

7.0Staff were friendly. Room and sheets were clean.
− Could not access the switch for the lights at the head of the bed without getting out of bed and walking about 4 ft. The had to walk back to bed in the dark. Wall outlets did not hold the plugs in so I had to charge my phone in the bathroom. Refrigerator did not cool well. 5 plugs were connected to one outlet behind the TV. Picture attached.

− Everything. The hotel (outside, halls, etc) were disgusting. The room itself looked ok for the price. But then I woke ip to cockroaches everywhere.
