Disappointing given its facilities and location 😔

Kaur Singh at the concierge was really great. As were the waiting staff at Cafe Resto, very pleasant and helpful. The chefs make good food and the restaurant is good too.

− The lady at the reception wasn't very good when we checked in a few days earlier. Not at all helpful until her male colleague intervened and helped us move to a twin room as per our booking. The hotel isnt clean.... alot of dust all over the room that had us keep requesting the housekeeping staff to clean. Which they still did a poor job hence necessitating us to wipe down some areas ourselves. 😌😪
