8.0Tolle Lage direkt am Zentrum, aber nicht mittendrin, das Hotel ist gut per ÖPNV zu erreichen, Sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstück mit teils vor deinem Auge zubereiteten Speisen
− Internetverbindung brach nach einem Tag ab und war nicht mehr herzustellen, die leise Musik auf den Fluren ist etwas irritierend

Es fehlte leider der „Woweffekt“. Der Flurteppich in der 1. Etage wurde abgeklebt - kein schöner Anblick. Für den Verzic

− Kein WLAN Empfang in der Juniorsuite. Umzug in ein anderes Zimmer war erforderlich ( incl. Koffer wieder packen und erneut im Neuen Zimmer einsortieren - ärgerlich). Als „Wiedergutmachung“ wurde eine Reduzierung des Frühstückpreises in Aussicht gestellt. Leider auch noch zweimaligem Nachfragen keine Antwort von dem Herrn an der Rezeption erhalten - sehr unprofessionell.
