− How does one get a vehicle broken into, stay at hotel indigo downtown Cleveland

5.0Room was clean.
− A couple of staff members got into a very serious fight. The manager had to intervene and the police were called. The shower seemed small and water pressure weak. The valet service was very slow Thursday morning. Had to wait over 30 minutes to get our vehicle.
This is fine, but expensive for what it is.
5.0I was in an accessible room. It was genuinely very spacious, plenty of room not just for a travel chair, but one of the larger electric ones. But many of the other features of the room were not quite right. There was one rail for the toilet, it was a little low, and the bath towels were hung on it like a towel rack. It would be a little difficult in this set up to easily transfer. But the features were there! Shower was roll in, collapsible bench in the shower, genuinely made a true effort at being accessible.Emergency pulls in several places, doors appropriately sized. Bed was comfortable, everything worked in the room.
− The room smelled a little weird, and elements of the room were weird. Like the curtains were too short for one window (3 inches of the window were just not covered at the bottom of the curtains), and the curtains were too long on the other two. No overhead lighting, and the main standing lamp is unreachable behind an armchair if you are wheelchair bound. Just an odd mix of helpful features and head scratchers. Big gap under the room doors meant that anything happening in the hallway was basically in the room.
Too expensive for the lack of amenities

− Not a good value, high rate still didn’t come with breakfast. We had to park a few blocks away for better rate. One elevator was out of order so we had long waits. Wish there was at least free coffee in the lobby.
