6.0On the positive side, the rooms were clean, and the furniture and bathrooms were in good condition and well maintained.
− Although the hotel has a good location, our stay was disappointing for a property advertised as a 4-star hotel. There are far too many stairs throughout the hotel, making it inconvenient to move around with luggage or for guests with limited mobility. The breakfast was chaotic and of low quality, falling well below the standard expected of a 4-star hotel. The selection was limited, and the overall experience felt disorganized. Our Superior Room also lacked basic amenities. Items such as a box of tissues and facecloths were missing. While the minibar is advertised as complimentary for Superior Rooms, it only contained water, Pepsi Classic, and two beers. Additionally, there was no price list provided for any other minibar items, which was confusing. Overall, the hotel did not meet the expectations associated with its 4-star rating, and more attention to detail and guest comfort is needed.
