A memorable and near perfect stay
8.0A really beautiful setting. Very professional concierge team and reception staff with a great welcome. Lovely grounds and nearby walks in the wood. A free room upgrade to a suite was unexpected and very grateful for that. Room service food was exceptionally good (great chef(s) there). Thanks to Charlotte at reception for all the help.
− Very little. Fridge in room wasn’t working but apology note was a nice touch.

− Breakfast was nothing to write home about and cost €25pp plus a €5 surcharge for a fried egg, scrambled eggs were offered as part of the buffet
Lovely staff, impressive exterior but rooms and restaurant was a let down.
7.0Beautiful facade and gardens, original historic part of the building is very enjoyable. Lovely staff.
