10.0Breakfast was ok, buffet style regular items, I missed pancake, used woffel instead, wife missed yogurt.
− Floor carpet should be shampooed once or twice a year, I normally take shoes out and walk bare foot, I found black sole mark when jumped in to bath tub.
Absolutely unacceptable!!!
2.0− I booked a bottom floor king suite and the staff gave me a handicap room. I’m not handicapped. I spoke with the gentleman at the front desk if he can exchange the room for the correct room and he said none are available. Remember, I booked the room early in the morning so there should be plenty of rooms available. I go to this location once a week for one year now so this is absolutely unacceptable!
Negative I will definitely be going to request a half amount refund and probably never stay there again
2.0Staff was very courteous and the premises were very clean!!
− There’s no towel holder near the shower, you have to walk across the room to pick up a towel after the shower also the door didn’t latch properly exposing me and my belongings to anyone and also the gate attached to the wall of the room will shake all the time when opening and closing waking you up all the time there’s no chance for resting
