− Un peu bruyant lorsque la chambre est côté rue et la salle de bain qui ne se verouille pas correctement. On ne peut pas sortir de l'intérieur ou mais la personne peut ouvrir la porte de l'extérieur

10.0Brilliant location close to the harbour on the myriad of restaurants and stores . The restaurant was amazing both in the food and the service .The rooms were exceptionally high quality in fittings etc.Overall truly a 5 star property, highly recommended

6.0This is a nice, but vastly overrated and overpriced hotel. It is newish, with comfortable rooms in a good location. Beyond the spa and very weak fitness room, there are none of the amenities one would expect of a five or even four star hotel. We notice big gaps in service and young, undertrained staff - a weakness for a boutique hotel. While the location is good, views are not great. Weak entrance doors to the room and rattle when other guests open theirs. Overall, a good but not nearly excellent hotel
The Magnolia- Exceptional Service and a Perfect Location
10.0We had a wonderful stay at the Magnolia Hotel. The location is excellent—right in the middle of downtown Victoria, with great restaurants, shops, the Legislature, and the Empress Hotel all just a short walk away. The rooms were beautiful, and we really enjoyed the dining, but what stood out most was the staff. Everyone we met—from the front desk and housekeeping to the restaurant—was so friendly, welcoming, and attentive. They truly made the stay special. We had such a great time, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Magnolia again. We highly recommend it to friends and family.
