2.0Hotel outside appearance is dirty and rundown. Bedding was old and worn. Sheets were scratchy. Window blinds were broken. Smoking was allowed in room by previous renters. Pot smoke was apparent in hallway. Dirty looking hallway. Breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal and terrible coffee.
