First of all I want to point out the incredible hospitality by the Cypriot owner couple who even offered me a Greek coffee and some sweets. This is a perfectly located and cosy hotel in Paddington area with very easy access to public transport to anywhere in the city. The area is way calmer and less crowded than most orher areas. Everything is provided for a comfortable stay. I cannot fault it at the given price. Would definitely recommend.

Great location and good staff. Needs air conditioning though.

Friendly helpful staff, great location

− Very steep stairs to get to some of the higher rooms. Not much space in the rooms and the bed was not very comfortable. No air conditioning, and since we got a top floor room during the heatwave it was very hot.

Quiet room in an excellent location

Quiet at night. The bathroom fan was nice and quiet. The window opened fully. Very clean. Welcoming staff. Excellent location.

− No kettle in the room. I imagine it would be hot in the summer as there's no Aircon.

− Quarto individual pequeno, no andar inferior e para lá do pátio. Cheiro a mofo. Pouco limpo, muito pó e lixo visível atrás do radiador. Móveis velhos.

Perfect central, quiet location from which to explore London filled with friendly staff

The staff here are always friendly and helpful, day and night. They always had a smile to greet us and were willing to go out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Lita even helped us order pizza on our first night! Tea, coffee, and biscuits are available 24/7 in the lobby. The location is perfect, close to shops, restaurants, Triple room was clean and comfortable…on the small side for three of us, but great value for money, given the convenient location near Paddington Station. Water was always hot for showers, and internet worked well. Quiet street in Sussex Gardens was another plus.

− I would imagine that staying here in the summer might be a challenge without any AC; fans can only do so much. Heat worked great, though. We were here in the fall, so it wasn’t an issue. It’s a historic building, so you need to be willing to climb stairs - Not a problem for us but might be for others.

Idéalement situé. La literie est confortable et la chambre était propre.

− La chambre et la salle de bains étaient très petite. J ai réservé une chambre avec 2 lits simples mais ceux ci étaient collés l’un à l’autre , donc au final même résultat qu’un lit double. Les équipements sont sommaires, pas de bouilloire , ni machine à café, ni frigo dans la chambre. L’insonorisation n’était pas top, châssis vétuste laissant passer le froid et le bruit
