Awful hotel
2.0I was really disappointed with my stay at this hotel. One of the biggest reasons we booked it was for the kayaking, but when we arrived, we were told that guests must be at least 15 years old to use the kayaks. This important restriction was never disclosed before we booked, which was very frustrating. The food was also below average, with limited variety and disappointing quality throughout our stay. On top of that, getting a reservation at the Italian restaurant was nearly impossible. It felt like there simply weren’t enough reservations available for the number of guests. Overall, this was not the relaxing all-inclusive experience we expected. Between the undisclosed kayak age restriction, poor food, and the difficulty of dining at the specialty restaurant, I can’t recommend this hotel. There are much better options available, and I’d suggest staying somewhere else if you want a more enjoyable vacation.
