2.0We checked in around 4:30 pm and at 6 pm noticed bed bugs crawling in the bed . The commode was soaked in urine and had not been cleaned . The manager/ owner refuses a refund and said it was not bed bugs and offered another room, which we did. It accept
I have fallen so ill because of your ginormous kissing bugs your bed had tiny curly hairs are dusty bed the looked moldy
2.0Oh, where do I even begin with this dreadful place? The bathroom was an absolute nightmare—a vile scene straight out of a horror story! There was poop smeared all over the walls and splattered across the floor like some grotesque modern art. The stench alone could make a strong person faint! And as if that wasn’t enough to send me running for the hills, the hotel was infested with enormous kissing bugs crawling everywhere, their creepy little legs skittering across every surface. I felt like I was trapped in some sort of nightmare from which there was no escape. I beg you, dear reader, never, ever set foot in this wretched establishment. It was a filthy, revolting experience that has left me shaken to my core. Stay far, far away unless you want your soul to be scarred forever! 😭💔😱

2.0Checked in and left for meeting, on return, found air not cooling, ice box not working and stunk when opened, floor filthy, hot water cut off at sink, turned valve open it leaked when turned on, cut back off. Stopper in sink did not work. Linen on bed stained holes in sheets, pillows stained and stunk. I loaded my stuff and checked out. Advised desk ckerk of problems response ill check it out.
