− We wisten niet dat de naam van het hotel veranderd was en zijn wel even aan het zoeken geweest...
Hotel itself is decent enough but staff and location were disappointing.
5.0I was able to book a room only weeks out from the Stampede which is obviously the busiest time of the year.
− I had dealings with 3 different staff members on the front desk the evening I checked in and all 3 lacked customer service skills. The hotel is also a fair distance from the airport (approx 15 km's) although it labels itself an airport hotel.
