10.0From the moment I checked in with Heather I got a great feeling about Harbor Shores..she was incredibly friendly and informative. The room was very comfortable and clean. My one and only complaint was the indoor pool only had ladders...you couldn't just walk in...but loved the hot tub. My next visit to Lake Geneva I'll be staying here. Plus the proximity to shopping and restaurants and even the public beach is only a block or so away.

8.0Great location. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Indoor outdoor pool was nice. Not all the rooms have balconies so make sure you understand that. They have a little place for bagels and coffee and you could sit out side on their balcony and look over the lake. Also a restaurant . The pool was nice. Not too big, but it was clean and plenty of lounge chairs. if you don’t like extra high huge pillows though make sure you bring your own flat one. Otherwise it was very comfortable and clean. Best part is location walking distance to everything a little beach, boat rides, restaurants and shops downtown Lake Geneva.
