10.0We loved our stay in Porto. The location was within walking distance of all sites/tours. Or, if wanted, bus system was so very easy to navigate.
Gym and pool closed for refurbishments
4.0The gym and pool were not available due to refurbishment, but I was not informed. Given this must have been planned, I am surprised that I wasn't informed and that it wasn't made clear on the hotel.com site. I could have paid less in other hotels
Mediocre stay
6.0This is a so-so, mid range hotel with marginally comfortable beds and furniture that needs repair. The shower room is quite nice. It's also very difficult to find if you are not driving.
Friendly staff and great pool

Nice view from pool and gym
10.0The swimming pool and gym have a great view. Food is good. Rooms are a bit tired, for example crack in the sink and the arm of a chair was lose
Room needs repairs, avoid rooms near lift.
6.0Noise from lifts kept me awake until late then woke me early in the morning. The sink had a crack in it, the shower went hot and cold, and the grout on the tiles was black in places. However, the hotel has a nice gym and swimming pool with great views. The breakfast was good also. It's a shame the room I stayed in was not better.
