Memorable Anniversary Stay with Outstanding Hospitality and delicious food

Our stay was truly memorable, made even more special by the exceptional hospitality of the staff. The welcome team gave our kids a wonderful reception with ice cream, cookies, and coffee during check-in, which was a lovely touch. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and well organized. The highlight of our stay was the thoughtful surprise arranged for our wedding anniversary. The beautifully decorated room created a wonderful ambience and made the celebration truly memorable. Receiving a complimentary cake was another heart-warming gesture that we sincerely appreciated. The afternoon high tea was refreshing, and the dinner buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of dishes to suit different tastes. The breakfast was another standout, with an impressive selection of both continental and authentic South Indian dishes. Everything was fresh and delicious, and the traditional South Indian breakfast was especially enjoyable. There was also an excellent variety of desserts to complete the meal. Our kids had a great time in the swimming pool the following morning, and the pool staff were friendly and helpful by providing a pool ring for our little one. The hotel's location is also excellent, with pleasant surroundings that are perfect for a relaxing stroll.

− The room felt a little small for a family of four, and a slightly larger room would have made the stay even more comfortable. In the morning, there was a period of around 30 minutes when no staff were available in the pool area. We also requested a late check-out due to the gap before our onward journey, but unfortunately it could not be accommodated, so we had to wait in the reception area for about two hours after checking out.

Breakfast and dinner offered a wide variety of options, with plenty of choices to suit different tastes. All of the staff at the main entrance were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and courteous. They consistently greeted us with a smile and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

− Our room had a broken window, and despite being on the 7th floor, the street noise was extremely disruptive. After two nights, we requested that the window be repaired or that we be moved to another room. Both the morning and afternoon reception staff assured us that the window had been fixed. However, when we returned after dinner, we discovered that nothing had been repaired. We had to complain again and were finally moved to a different room late that night. The situation was particularly frustrating because we had been told the issue had already been resolved. After a long day, the last thing we expected was to have to pack all our belongings and move rooms late at night instead of getting the rest we had been looking forward to. The second room we were allocated had an unpleasant sewage smell in the bathroom that came and went, and the mattress was very uncomfortable. When the staff asked for our feedback, we mentioned both issues. The mattress was replaced promptly, which we appreciated, but unfortunately the sewage smell remained throughout the rest of our stay.

− Key card not allowing to other floor is ridiculous. Had two rooms in different floors but without key - lift does not allow you to whichever floor you want to go. This is a pain. Food options were not that great.

The staff and the food are really good; the location is quite good for shopping.

− Quite noisy even though we stayed on the eighth floor. The seventh-floor nighttime bus was a bit uncomfortable to sleep on. It's quite noisy from outside, and you can easily hear it.
