− Die Duschen sind stark verschimmelt, dass restliche Zimmer (selbst Premium) gleicht dem heruntergekommenen Stil des Bades. Nach den ganzen Kritiken, die wir nachträglich gelesen haben und der "Ja, sorry"- Reaktion des Personals, ist die mangelnde Sauberkeit ein bereits bekanntes Problem. Wir haben das Zimmer gewechselt, die nächste Dusche war jedoch ebenfalls überzogen mit schwarzem Schimmel und passendem Geruch. Kein Wunder, wenn Lüftung und Klima im Bad nicht funktionieren. Die Tiefgarage ist wohl ausgerichtet auf einen Fiat500, so eng, wie sie angelegt ist. Wer etwas größeres fährt, sollte sich lieber einen anderen Parkplatz suchen. Als Entschädigung fürs erste Zimmer, haben wir einen Gutschein für die Bar bekommen, auf dem im Kleingedruckten der Großteil der Getränke ausgeschlossen waren. Trotz der guten Lage, würden wir nicht noch einmal wiederkommen, dafür ist uns unsere Gesundheit dann doch zu wichtig.

− The staff were rude and unhelpful, especially the evening shift. The breakfast was mediocre; the woman stationed at the breakfast entrance—Ines, I believe—was particularly rude.
