10.0There were homemade cookies available. Check in went smoothly, short distance to the old downtown Cedar Falls. That's a great restaurants. Very convenient freeway access as well. Friendly staff clean room. Highly recommend

2.0The rooms were ok, the pool area was not cleaned well, an old bag of candy was laying by the hot tub for who knows how long. Black mold caked on the vents in pool area. Breakfast was terrible, no sausage ,no orange juice, cranberry and apple juice was obviously watered down, the milk was expired by a week with chunks on the top. Save yourself, go somewhere else.
