− My son has Level 3 autism, ADHD, and significant developmental disabilities. He is nonverbal and, at times, experiences meltdowns that can involve prolonged crying. Before and during our stay, I informed the hotel of his disabilities so they would understand his needs. We stayed at the property for several weeks without major incident.When my son had a disability-related meltdown, staff came to our door to complain about the noise. I again explained that his behavior was directly related to his disabilities and that I was doing everything I could to comfort him, but that I could not simply stop a neurological disability from occurring. Rather than attempting to work with us or discuss any reasonable accommodations, the hotel called the police. The following day, despite our having stayed there for weeks, they canceled our reservation and required us to leave. In addition to the way my disabled son was treated, a front desk employee made deeply offensive personal remarks to me, including telling me that I “look like a crackhead,” along with other demeaning comments. Stating they don't care about his disabilities. Accusing me of being ghetto and gross looking. This behavior was humiliating, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. Based on these events, I believe we were treated unfairly because of my son’s disabilities and were subjected to discriminatory treatment and harassment. I am requesting a full refund of my reservation through http://Booking.com and ask that this complaint be investigated. I would also appreciate information regarding any additional steps I can take to have this matter formally reviewedI have substantial evidence to support everything described in this complaint. I can provide the names of the employees involved, photographs, videos, receipts documenting the cost of my stay, and any other relevant documentation upon request.

Comfortable stay but bring your own cleaning supplies

very comfortable facility, lots of parking, quiet and comfortable. Help desk staff was very kind and helpful. I was grateful to be able to bring my dog. There was a kitchen with all utensils making a longer stay very convenient. For they cost, a very reasonable stay!

− mold, lots of mold in the bathroom without a fan to turn on. Mgt should seriously look into an exhaust fan for bathroom as not having a way to let steam out causes the mold. Also carpet has many spots from where something was left behind! Bothersome that the thought was it was from someone else’s dog. I went out bought cleaner for not just the mold but the carpet spots, it was not a stain the gunk came right up so it was apparent nobody even tried to clean it. When cleaning I found pills that someone spilt there medication. If i didn’t clean and find that, my dog could have eaten it. Maid staff was very rude. If you asked a question they flat ignored you. They do not have a place to take trash out to.
