8.0Appartamento ampio, comodo ,ben tenuto . Ottima posizione , permette di raggiungere paesi umbri meravigliosi in pochi minuti . Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema con I riscaldamenti ma i proprietari si sono resi subito disponibili per risolverlo nell immediato. Ottima esperienza .

9.0L'appartamento è spazioso, gradevole, silenzioso e comodo, provvisto di tutto quello che serve (manca giusto la lavastoviglie). Letti comodi, puliti ed il bagno è spazioso con una grande doccia. Bella vista, sia dalla grande finestra del soggiorno che dal balconcino, che al tramonto offrono una bella vista sui campi di girasole. La piscina e la zona relax molto gradevoli. Gradita l'aria condizionata (anche se in realtà non l'abbiamo praticamente usata) anche se tendno aperto le finestre e con le zanzariere si risolve tutto.
− Niente di che, volendo fare il difficile, forse il lavandino della cucina se fosse stato con due scomparti sarebbe stato più comodo per lavare i piatti. Consiglierei una tenda aggiuntiva o più "scurente" per chi dorme nel divano letto in soggiorno. Un poco scomodo forse il fatto di stare attenti alla porta d'ingresso (l'esterno ha un pomello, non una maniglia), se esci devi sempre portarti dietro la chiave (attenzione a non chiuderla dentro).

Fantastic peaceful family property with lovely pool
10.0Silvia is very friendly and helpful - our hire car was defective and she helped us sort this out, taking us to a local mechanic and then to a garage which sold the additive we needed. The property was excellent - very peaceful, lots of space, lovely clean pool, and enough decent kitchen equipment to cook meals. Need a car to explore the area/get to restaurants etc.
