4.0Die Unterkunft ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Alle Strände sind schnell zu erreichen. Allerdings braucht man für alle Wege das Auto, da die Straße vor der Tür stark befahren ist und keinen Gehweg hat. Die Aussicht ist toll.
− Negativ ist uns die Kommunikation mit der Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort sowie der Eigentümerin aufgefallen. Trotz Absprache wurden wir 2 Stunden verspätet in die Unterkunft gelassen. Telefonisch oder per Mail war 1,5 Std. niemand erreichbar. Während unseres Aufenthaltes lief morgens Wasser aus der Toilette im Hauptbad, kurz darauf war auch die Toilette im 2. Bad verstopft. Wieder dauerte es über 1 Std. bis unsere Ansprechpartnerin erreichbar war. Man teilte uns mündlich mit, dass frühstens um 19 Uhr ein Handwerker vorbeikommen könnte. Das sei aber nicht sicher. Wir könnten aber auch abreisen. Ein Angebot, wo wir den Tag verbringen könnten, erhielten wir nicht. Nachdem wir abgereist waren, teilte man uns über den Booking Kundenservice mit, dass wir keine Erstattung für die 3 weiteren Nächte erhalten würden. Nach mehreren Telefonaten mit dem Booking Kundenservice wurde uns eine anteilige Kostenerstattung gewährt. Aufgrund dieser Erfahrungen können wir die Unterkunft leider nicht empfehlen.
