8.0This hotel was really beautiful in design, cleanliness, and an incredible location right near the main Plaka in Athens. It was fantastic for all of those things. That being said, the staff at the front desk both when we checked in and departed were really unpleasant and, as a result, unprofessional. It was as if we were bothering them. The facility itself is perfect but they need to work with their staff on courtesy and kindness to customers.
