8.0The room was very nice and the view from our balcony great. We enjoyed the restaurant and the waitresses were friendly and helpful. Our room was well kept by the room staff. Thanks for a nice getaway.
− The hot tub and pool always seemed too crowded and noisy. We didn't use them.

3.0We had never been before and we’re looking forward to the pool and the hot tub
− Understanding we stayed in July at a Family resort, it was very loud. People playing loud loud music and playing soccer on the tennis court. Also I am not sure about the sanitary environment of the hot tub. It was not “hot” and the incoming water was scalding in some places for a short time. Also on the pool ladder there is a missing step but the screw was still exposed. Definitely cause for concern in scraping yourself.
