8.0Slow service but when you do receive it, it’s great. the staff make a great experience just need to be present more often. check in takes a while because of lack of staff and laziness. Beautiful property. at the beach you have to cross through seaweed and over the seaweed catcher in order to go to the crystal clear water. buffet changes its meals daily and a TON of variety as in almost hundreds of options. some food is meh while others are delicious you just have to try each a little to find out what’s good. showers probably need to be scrubbed more there is fungus growing but besides that rooms are up to date. they restock the mini-fridge everyday. room service website is a little broken i think or it must be the staff’s slow service but regardless, needs more options and takes a while. Would return again if the service speed improved, but regardless had an unforgettable experience.
