10.0Room was warm at night (in winter) without having to use a heater. Excellent shower. Parking MUCH appreciated. Breakfast options good.
− Need another shelf in the bathroom for toiletries. Need more power points in room.

Lovely warm and friendly staff and a comfortable room.

− Would have liked cutlery in the room for when ordering meals in since there was no one in reception in the evening. Also extra cups/mugs. Kettle didn’t really fit very well in bathroom sink under the tap…couldn’t have much water in it.
Great location for my needs, friendly staff, parking available and lovely breakfast.
8.0Staff were amazing. Gracie very helpful and friendly. I had an issue where I needed a late checkout and she organised it for me. The location was brilliant and felt very safe and the included breakfast was a welcome bonus.
− Only thing a problem was a tight staircase to get to the room and could be a problem if I had larger bags.
